Safety & choosing a size

• Choose a chew suited to your dog's mouth size and chewing style, large enough that it cannot be swallowed whole. The weights below describe the antler, not a recommended dog weight. If unsure, ask us for help choosing a size.
• Always supervise chewing and provide fresh drinking water. Antlers are not suitable for dogs that bite down forcefully or try to break chews into pieces.
• Antlers are hard and can fracture teeth, including split antlers. Supervision and choosing a larger size do not remove this risk. Ask your vet about suitability, especially for puppies or dogs with dental problems.
• Check before and during use. Remove the antler if it develops cracks, sharp edges or loose pieces, or becomes small enough to swallow. Stop use if your dog shows mouth discomfort, bleeding or difficulty chewing, and contact your vet.
